My name is Audrey Lamy Martinot and I am passionate about data science (Business Intelligence, data visualization, data mining, modeling and prediction) and data management. With more than 20 years of experience in these fields, in 2021 I founded Data Acteur, a strategic consulting firm specializing in data management and valorization.

My main objective is to help my clients, companies and communities, to fully exploit the potential of their data. I propose to develop diagnostics to assess the data maturity of the organization, define concrete action plans and support their implementation.

Holder of a master’s degree in statistics and econometrics, I am also certified by the international association DAMA (Data Management). After several years as an employee, I chose to transmit and share my skills with different organizations. Convinced that « None of us knows what we all know together » (Lao Tzu), I created Data Acteur to promote knowledge sharing and learning every day. My work allows me to adapt to each sector of activity and all functions within the company.

As part of my activity, I carry out data maturity diagnostics, define action plans to integrate data into the daily life of companies and communities (development of data culture), and set up data governance (roles and responsibilities). I also support future CDOs through coaching and participate in the creation of data offices in various SMEs. My experience includes in particular the definition and implementation of the data strategy, project management on data storage solutions (datawarehouse, datalake) and their use, management of my clients’ data assets, as well as the development of data quality strategies. These elements also aim to meet regulatory requirements, such as Solvency 2 and the GDPR.

I also work in the fields of R&D and innovation, by leading ideation workshops, reviewing processes and supporting the integration of data into the daily lives of teams.

In addition to these activities, I teach in master’s programs to share my expertise in data strategy, data management, data governance, change management, project management and collective intelligence, thus helping to train the next generation of business professionals who discuss with data offices.

Nowadays, data office services are multiplying, and it is essential that everyone understands the skills and missions of other professions. For example, a future CFO must know how to exploit the strengths of a data office to improve their understanding of data and refine their decision-making in finance.

Do not hesitate to contact me to discuss your needs in terms of managing and enhancing your data.‌
